Tips
- Hold the radio vertically, about 2 inches from your mouth.
- After pressing the PTT (Push To Talk) button, wait a second before speaking.
- Speak slowly and clearly.

- The radio powers up in Standby mode.
- You can switch to FM, Weather, or Scanning mode.
- To immediately return to Standby mode from ANY mode, just power the radio off/on.
